Why I started this
I've learned how quickly life can become overwhelming — relationships, family, work, money, loneliness and your own mistakes can all pile up at once.
I've also learned how difficult it can be for a man to simply say, “I'm not doing very well.” Still Here Men exists to make that first conversation easier.
I don't claim to have all the answers. I'm here to listen and give you the time to talk things through.

Still Here Men is peer listening, not counselling, psychotherapy or medical care. It isn't an emergency or crisis service and WhatsApp isn't continuously monitored.
